Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing access to The Findom Academy. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The Findom Academy is a digital educational programme ("the Course") created and delivered by Iris Nox. It is provided exclusively in digital format via the systeme.io platform. No physical goods are shipped.
Upon successful payment you will receive login credentials granting access to the Course for the period specified at purchase (3 months for the standard tier, 6 months for the Group tier). Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your credentials or allow third parties to use your account.
All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For the Group Findom Academy payment plan, instalments will be charged automatically on the agreed schedule. If a payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is resolved.
Due to the digital nature of this product, we do not offer refunds once access to the Course has been granted. If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at irisnox@thefindomacademy.com and we will resolve the issue.
After your access period ends, you may purchase an extension to continue accessing the video library and any new lessons added. Extension pricing will be communicated at the time of expiry.
All course content — including videos, written materials, frameworks, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of Iris Nox and The Findom Academy. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own educational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share the content in any form without prior written consent.
The Findom Academy provides education and coaching based on the instructor's personal experience. Results will vary based on individual effort, experience, and market conditions. We make no guarantee of specific financial outcomes. The content is intended for adult women aged 18 and over.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Findom Academy and Iris Nox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Course.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
